Located in Forest Park, Illinois, Riveredge Hospital provides comprehensive diagnostic and mental and behavioral health treatment services for children ages 3 through 12 and adolescents ages 13 through 17.
According to the World Health Organization, depression and anxiety is among the leading causes of illness and disability among adolescents. The consequences of failing to address adolescent mental health conditions extend to adulthood, impairing both physical and mental health and limiting opportunities to lead fulfilling lives as adults.
The team at Riveredge Hospital, along with patients and their families, determine the most appropriate individualized, child-focused therapeutic treatment plan. All patients are offered individual, family and group therapy, including expressive therapies like dance and movement, art, drama, play and Animal Assisted therapy. We believe in providing these services in a compassionate, trauma-informed manner.
The adolescent and pediatric behavioral health and mental health programs at Riveredge Hospital are designed to put the needs of your loved one first and get each individual the right help for their specific needs when they need it most.
